Terms of Service

Effective date: August 1, 2026

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to set forth the conditions and procedures for the use of the AI image and video generation service (the "Service") provided by LILIT (the "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and the User.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • "Service" means the AI-based image and video generation platform provided by the Company.
  • "User" means a person who has registered for and uses the Service.
  • "Credits" means the usage entitlement that may be applied to image generation and other functions within the Service. Credits may not be converted into cash or transferred to any third party, and do not constitute prepaid electronic payment means under applicable law.
  • "AI Output" means images and videos generated through the use of artificial intelligence technology.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

These Terms take effect when they are posted on the Service screen or otherwise notified to Users. Users may review the full text of these Terms at any time on the Terms page within the Service and may, upon request, receive a copy by electronic means.

The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that such amendment does not violate applicable laws and regulations. In the event of an amendment, the Company shall specify the effective date and the reasons for the amendment and give notice through the notice section within the Service. Amendments unfavorable to Users shall be announced at least thirty (30) days in advance, and all other amendments at least seven (7) days in advance.

If a User does not expressly indicate refusal within the notice period, the User shall be deemed to have consented to the amendment. A User who does not consent to the amendment may terminate the service agreement, in which case unused paid Credits shall be refunded.

Article 4 (Service Agreement)

The service agreement is formed when the User agrees to these Terms and completes registration using a social account (such as Kakao or Google). Persons under 19 years of age (international age reckoning) may not use the Service.

During sign-up, the Company requires Users to provide their date of birth. Sign-up is restricted where the provided date of birth indicates that the User is under 19 years of age (international age reckoning). The Company is not responsible for any disadvantage arising from a falsely entered date of birth, and may terminate the service agreement or restrict use of the Service where a false entry is confirmed.

Article 5 (Content of the Service)

The Company provides the following services:

  • AI influencer (character) generation
  • AI content image generation
  • Management of a gallery of generated images
  • Credit purchase and management

Article 6 (Matters Concerning AI Output)

  • Rights to AI Output generated through the Service belong to the User. However, similar prompts may produce similar results, and the Company does not guarantee any exclusive right thereto.
  • Commercial use of AI Output is undertaken at the User's own responsibility, and the User must comply with applicable laws and regulations. In particular, legal liability may arise in the following cases:
    • Use of the likeness of a celebrity or public figure — infringement of the right of likeness (portrait rights)
    • Inclusion of a brand logo or character — trademark infringement
    • Use of a copyrighted work as a reference image — copyright infringement

Article 7 (Credits and Payment)

  • Credits are the usage entitlement applied to image and video generation within the Service.
  • Credits may be obtained as welcome Credits granted upon registration, attendance Credits granted through daily attendance check-in, bonus Credits granted free of charge through events and similar promotions, or through the purchase of a credit pack or a subscription.
  • Credits purchased through a credit pack are not subject to a separate validity period and remain valid until the Service is discontinued. Bonus Credits granted together with the purchase of a credit pack are deemed part of the Credits purchased through the credit pack and therefore do not constitute free-of-charge Credits; the same validity period applies to them.
  • Subscription Credits are granted in each billing cycle and remain valid until seven (7) days after the end of that billing cycle.
  • The validity period of free-of-charge Credits (welcome, attendance, and bonus) runs from the date of grant and is seven (7) days for attendance Credits and ninety (90) days for welcome and bonus Credits.
  • Credits whose validity period has expired are automatically extinguished and cannot be restored. When Credits are used, those closest to expiration are deducted first.
  • Credits may not be converted into cash or transferred to any third party.
  • Where image generation fails, the deducted Credits are automatically refunded.

Article 8 (Refund Policy)

  • Refund eligibility is determined separately for each payment. Whether one payment is refundable is not affected by the use of Credits granted through any other payment.
  • Where none of the Credits granted through the relevant payment (including Bonus Credits granted together with a credit pack purchase or the start of a subscription) have been used, the User may request a full refund of that payment within seven (7) days from the date of payment (Article 17 of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc. (Korean E-Commerce Act)).
  • If any Credit granted through the relevant payment has been used even once, refunds are restricted for that payment, including for its remaining Credit balance (Article 17(2) subparagraph 5 of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc. (Korean E-Commerce Act)).
  • Free-of-charge Credits (welcome, attendance, and event bonus) are not themselves subject to refund, and their use does not affect the refund determination for any payment. Because Credits are deducted starting with those that expire earliest, Credits granted through the relevant payment remain unused where free Credits were consumed first.
  • Where a refund is made, the Company reclaims the Credits granted through that payment (including any Bonus Credits granted together with it) to the extent corresponding to the refunded amount. If those Credits have already been used at the time of reclamation, the Credit balance may become negative, and a negative balance is offset sequentially against Credits granted thereafter.
  • Each subscription renewal payment is treated as a separate payment. The use of Credits granted in a previous cycle does not affect the refund determination for that renewal payment.
  • A subscription may be cancelled at any time from My Page, and upon cancellation no further billing occurs from the next billing cycle. Even after cancellation, Credits already granted remain usable until their respective expiry dates.
  • Where the cause is attributable to the Company, such as duplicate payment or service failure, refunds shall be made in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Refunds are requested through customer support (contact@eclabs.kr) and are processed to the original payment method within three (3) business days. A request may be made in the same manner even after account deletion, within the period prescribed by applicable law.
  • Where it is confirmed that a person under 19 years of age has used the Service by falsely declaring their age or date of birth, the Company may terminate the service agreement and process a refund based on unused Credits, except where mandatory provisions of applicable law (including provisions of the Civil Act protecting minors) provide otherwise.

Article 9 (Obligations of the User)

In using the Service, the User shall comply with applicable laws and regulations, the provisions of these Terms, the usage guidelines, and any precautions announced in connection with the Service.

Article 10 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users shall not engage in the following conduct:

  • Generating child sexual exploitation material or violent or hateful content
  • Generating images that impersonate or defame a real person
  • Infringing the copyright, right of likeness (portrait rights), or other rights of any third party
  • Engaging in unlawful activities using the Service
  • Using the Service by falsely declaring one's age while under 19 years of age (international age reckoning)
  • Interfering with the normal operation of the Service

Where any of the prohibited conduct above is detected, the Company may restrict use of the Service or terminate the service agreement without prior notice. The Company assumes no obligation to review all content in advance, and Users are solely responsible for the lawfulness of their inputs and outputs.

Article 11 (Restriction and Suspension of the Service)

The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of the Service where unavoidable circumstances arise, such as force majeure, system failure, or service improvement. In such cases, the Company shall give prior notice; where prior notice is not feasible, notice may be given after the fact.

Article 12 (Disclaimer)

  • The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the User's use of AI Output.
  • The Company shall not be liable for any suspension of the Service caused by force majeure or events of equivalent nature.
  • Given the nature of AI technology, the Company does not guarantee the quality or accuracy of generation results.
  • The Company's liability for damages shall be limited to the total amount paid by the relevant User to the Company during the preceding three (3) months.

Article 13 (Dispute Resolution)

In the event of a dispute arising in connection with use of the Service, the Company and the User shall consult in good faith to resolve the dispute. If no agreement is reached, the competent court shall be determined in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act.

Article 14 (Prevention of Abuse)

Users shall not engage in the following conduct:

  • Accessing the Service using bots, scripts, or other automated tools
  • Wrongfully obtaining free Credits through account sharing, creation of multiple accounts, or similar means
  • Abusing Service resources through abnormal bulk generation
  • Any act that circumvents the Credit system

Where any of the conduct above is detected, the Company may restrict use of the Service without prior notice. Users who wish to raise an objection may contact customer support (contact@eclabs.kr).

Article 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and in particular the following statutes shall apply:

  • Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc. (Korean E-Commerce Act)
  • Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions
  • Personal Information Protection Act
  • Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc.

Article 16 (Account Deletion)

① The User may terminate the service agreement (delete their account) at any time via the account deletion feature on the My Page screen.

② Deletion takes effect immediately upon request, and the following applies:

  • The User's content (generated images and videos, characters, etc.) and personal information are destroyed immediately and cannot be recovered. However, information subject to statutory retention obligations is retained for the statutory period in accordance with the Privacy Policy and destroyed thereafter.
  • Any remaining Credits (whether paid or free) are forfeited upon deletion.
  • Any active subscription ends immediately, and fees for the remaining portion of an already-paid subscription period are not refunded.
  • Signing up again with the same social account does not restore or re-grant the previous account's data, Credits, or one-time benefits (welcome Credits, first-purchase bonuses, etc.).

③ Notwithstanding Paragraph 2, refunds under Article 3 (termination due to refusal of amended Terms — refund of unused paid Credits) and under Article 8 and applicable laws (including statutory withdrawal of subscription under the Korean E-Commerce Act) are processed in accordance with those provisions, and may be requested through customer support (contact@eclabs.kr) even after deletion within the period prescribed by applicable laws. In such cases, the Company processes the request based on payment records retained under statutory obligations.

④ The Company may retain minimal identifying information to prevent abuse (such as duplicate receipt of one-time benefits), within the scope set out in the Privacy Policy.

Addenda

These Terms take effect on August 1, 2026.
