Acceptable Use Policy

Article 1 (Purpose and Scope)

This Policy applies to all content created, uploaded, or shared on the LILIT service. It elaborates on Article 10 (Prohibited Conduct) of the Terms of Service and applies together with the Terms.

Article 2 (Prohibited Content)

You may not create, attempt to create, upload, or share:

1. Adult or explicit content: any sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content, including nudity and sexual acts
2. Content involving minors: any content placing minors (or subjects appearing to be minors) in sexual or harmful contexts — zero tolerance; violations may be reported to law enforcement as required by law
3. Violations of real persons: face compositing or manipulation of real persons without consent (deepfakes), impersonation, defamation, or sexual objectification
4. Violence and hate: extreme violence or gore, or content promoting hatred or discrimination against any group
5. Illegal activity: content that violates applicable laws or promotes or facilitates illegal activity
6. Rights infringement: content infringing copyrights, trademarks, portrait rights, or other rights of others

Article 3 (Automated Pre-Screening)

The Company may pre-screen generation requests by automated means (in-house filters and an external moderation system); requests flagged as violating this Policy are rejected. Credits deducted for rejected requests are automatically refunded.

Article 4 (Enforcement)

Upon confirmed violations, the Company may remove content, restrict generation, or terminate the service agreement without prior notice. Detailed procedures follow Articles 10 and 11 of the Terms of Service.

Article 6 (Changes)

This Policy may be amended; changes will be announced within the service.
